  • Pennies Pennies for Patients: 1/23 - 2/3

    Pine Forest Elementary is conducting a wonderful community outreach campaign sponsored by the PFE PTA and also student driven as a service project with the 4th Grade Panther P.A.L.S. and 4th/5th No Place for Hate Crew. The "Pennies for Patients" program helps raise money to fund research for therapies that save the lives of blood cancer patients. Donate online too!

  • School Scoring A-F: The State's New System for Labeling Schools

    In January 2017, the Texas Education Agency released “mock” ratings of the A-F Accountability Ratings for districts and schools across Texas. Humble ISD has more information to clarify the ratings.

    Spanish Spanish Immersion Information Nights
    Humble ISD is hosting parent information nights for the Spanish Immersion program for incoming 1st graders.  Parents are required to pick one night to attend: Calendar of days. Spanish Immersion applications are due 4/28/17 at 12 noon to the SIP campus of your attendance zone.  (PFE or BBE)

    Pine Forest Elementary fourth grade Panther P.A.L.S. and fifth grade Student Council members had the opportunity to participate in a Student Video Contest: "Texas Public Schools Rock!" This video contest is sponsored by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB).

  • Traveling Closet Traveling Closet

    Humble ISD Council of PTA is collecting gently used or new church style clothing and coats for The Traveling Closet. The Traveling Closet will benefit 5th grade students at title one campuses within Humble ISD for their manners banquet. PFE will be a drop off location through February 3rd. Please bring items to the front foyer.

    We are overwhelmed with gratitude and wish to thank an anonymous donor for awarding Pine Forest Elementary a generous donation of $6,000. PFE strives to not only teach students academics, but to also instill a LOVE of learning. These generous funds will help us to purchase resources to make learning fun and engaging for our students and provide professional development for our teachers.
