About Me...

I have been an educator since

1986. I've worked as a 3rd, 4th

and 5th grade classroom teacher

for half of my teaching career and IT/computer lab teacher for the other half. I love watching my kids

go from learning how to manuever

a mouse to creating their own

spreadsheets, powerpoints and videos! When I left the classroom I was afraid I would miss building those relationships with my own 22 kids in my classroom, but I found just the opposite...I now have my own 600+ kids! I look forward to meeting you and building new relationships at Atascocita Springs Elementary.

About ASE Technology...

Students at Atascocita Springs Elem. will be exposed to a varitey of technology experiences. Every classroom will have 3 computers and access to a printer. Students will also go to the computer lab for lessons 1 day a week. We will have 3 full computer labs so the classroom teacher should have access to a lab whenever needed. Students will learn to use digital cameras, scanners, mobis, and participate in a variety of virtual fieldtrips and videoconferencing opportunities.
