Common food allergens found in foods served in Humble ISD are identified on the attached charts.   These charts are updated weekly, so check back to view changes.  Manufacturers provide food labels to the Child Nutrition Department annually.  Product reformulation may occur at any time and may not be known by the Child Nutrition department.  In addition, distributors may deliver (on short notice), alternate/substitute products which contain unexpected allergensThe Child Nutrition Department cannot be responsible for insuring that a child's menu selections are free from allergens. Students with life-threatening food allergies are encouraged to bring meals from home.

We do not serve peanut products in elementary schools, but we cannot guarantee that foods we purchase have not been in contact with nuts during manufacturing.
