The following documentation will be needed to complete registration:

  • Original Birth Certificate (copies will not be accepted)
  • Original Social Security Card
  • Parent's Drivers License
  • Up-to-date Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency (Current gas, electric or water bill, lease statement or closing statement)
  • Report Cards
  • If Parent's are divorced, a copy of final custody papers signed by Judge.
 Students must be 5 years of age on or before September 1.

When calling the attendance line, please leave student's name, grade and symptoms.

Absence Notes:
 
Students have 2 days after his/her return to school to bring in an absence note.  Absence notes should be clearly written and contain the following:  the student's name, the date of the absence, the reason for the absence and the parents signature. 
 
Tardy Policy
 
All students are expected to attend school regularly and to be on time to classes.  Students who enter a class after the tardy bell are a disruption to that class.
  • On time arrival in class is expected.  When the tardy bell rings, students are expected to be in the classroom ready to receive instructions for the day.  Prompness is stressed and is expected.
  • If a student arrives after 8:10, the student needs to report to the front office to sign in and receive a tardy slip.
