Immunization requirements in Humble ISD are in accordance with state laws.

Documentation of compliance with state laws regarding immunizations are required to complete the enrollment process.

State of Texas immunization information can be found on the Texas Department of State Health Services Immunization Unit Website.

ALL IMMUNIZATION RECORDS, including electronic records, must be signed or stamped by the physician or his/her designee or public health personnel to be considered valid for school purposes.

Vaccines are available from a variety of places including doctors' offices, pharmacies, the Harris County Public Health and Environmental Services Department, (281-446-4222), or the Houston Department of Health and Human Services (713-794-9320).
