Three Humble ISD Police Officers, Chief Solomon Cook, Lieutenant Bobby Brown and Lieutenant James Hall, were awarded the FBI- Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (LEEDA) Trilogy Award. Each of the officers has successfully completed the FBI-LEEDA’s Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute. These courses are attended by command and executive law enforcement leaders throughout the United States and foreign countries. There are more than 75,000 peace officers in the state of Texas – 273 hold the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award. Only 1,057 officers in the U.S. have earned this merit.
This elite distinction is solid evidence Humble ISD is committed to safety. “Not only are we learning new procedures, but we are networking with other agencies to determine the most effective safety protocols,” said Chief Cook, a 40-year veteran of law enforcement.
