Enrollment for the 24-25 school year
is open (see district website)
New enrollments will be processed after July 29th. You will receive an email once processed.
Tiger Check-In - July 25th (2:00 - 6:00)
Annual Update opens July 15th and must be submitted annually
No address affidavits at Tiger Check-In
No new registrations at Tiger Check-In
All registrations will be done ONLINE! Complete the online registration form and attach all required documents. Registration CAN NOT move forward without submitting all required documents. Failure to upload documents will delay the registration process.
Student's birth certificate (original or copy)
Student’s withdrawal slip or last report card
Student Immunization record (must be signed or stamped by doctor)
Parent/guardian's ID (address must match proof of residence)
If not biological parent, please provide court documents/
guardianship packet
Proof of residence (must be a CURRENT utility bill, within 30 days)
For students residing in an apartment, we ONLY accept a lease- submit entire lease where parent and student must be listed as residents
If both parent and student live with a relative or friend in Humble ISD whose residence is not an apartment, the parent and the person with whom they reside must submit a notarized Verification of Address Affidavit form and must have their ID/TDL match the address. Forms must be picked up at AMS. Forms from other campuses will NOT be accepted.
