Notes from the Registrar

·   Out of office:  I will be out of the office from June 6th-July 22nd (emails will be answered once I return).

 ·    New Enrollment for the 24-25 school year is now open! Please click on the Enrollment in Humble ISD button at the top of this page to get started.

·       New enrollments will be processed in the order they were submitted starting July 22nd. You will receive an email once processed.

All registration will be done ONLINE! Complete the online registration form and attach all required documents. Registration CAN NOT move forward without submitting all required documents. *Documents will not be accepted in person.      

Required Documents:

o   Student's birth certificate (original or copy)

o   Student's withdrawal slip or last report card that states the grade level promoted to.

o   Student's immunization record (must be signed or stamped by doctor)

  •  To all parents with incoming 7th graders: State of Texas Immunization requirements for 7th graders:

  •  Meningococcal (Must be MCV4 on or after age 11)

  • Tdap/DT

o   Parent/guardian's ID (address must match proof of residence)

o   If not a biological parent, please provide court documents of guardianship.

o   Proof of residence:

o   For students residing in a house, the lease (within 30 days), deed, or a current utility (gas, water, electricity) bill is required.

o   For students residing in an apartment, a lease containing parent and student names or a letter from the apartment manager is required.

o   If both parent and student live with a relative or friend in Humble ISD whose residence is not an apartment, the parent and the person with whom they reside must submit a notarized Verification of Address affidavit form and must have their ID/TDL at the address. Must pick up from the campus.

·       Annual Update

Annual Update for School Year 2024-2025 is required for all returning students. It is not required for newly enrolled students.

·       A returning student is any student who was actively enrolled on the last day of the 2023-2024 school year at any Humble ISD campus.

NOTE: A PARENT/GUARDIAN (NOT student) HAC account is required to access Annual Update and update student registration information.

·       **Only 'Living With' guardians can access and submit the Annual Update. Please contact your campus registrar if you are unable to access the Annual Update.

·       Annual Update is required for ALL STUDENTS to be completed prior to students receiving their schedules on August 7th. Please take these next few weeks to ensure that you have completed the Annual Update Process by reviewing and updating your information, uploading your proof of residency and a current immunization record (all records, including electronic [My Chart] records, must be signed or stamped by the physician or his/her designee or public health personnel).

·       Your child WILL NOT be able to get their schedule until the Annual Update is completed.

·       Gator Camp:

 Gator Camp is an exciting time where we get to welcome our  students to “The Swamp”, complete Annual Update, sign up for HAC accounts, learn more about the meal plans/accounts, purchase school spirit items & shirts, join the PTO, take ID badge photos, complete free & reduced meal applications, join clubs/organizations, hear about our Fine Arts & Athletic programs, and get your child’s course schedule. 

** Gator Camp is scheduled for:

July 31st    -   6th Grade   -   1:00 - 3:30 pm (Last name: A-L)

July 31st    -   6th Grade  -    4:00 - 6:30 pm (Last name: M-Z)

August 1st -   7th & 8th Grade - 1:00 - 3:30 pm (Last name: A-L)

August 1st -   7th & 8th Grade - 4:00 - 6:30 pm (Last name: M-Z)

Public and Private schools may request student records using a secure electronic process.
