Foster Elementary School opened on January 18, 1971 for the 1970-1971 school-year.

It is located in Trailwood Village in Kingwood Humble.  Foster Elementary was the first Humble ISD school built in Kingwood.

The school serves students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.  

The school colors are Red and White.  The school mascot is the Bulldog.

The school is located at 1800 Trailwood Village Drive, in Kingwood.
