Jack M. Fields, Sr. Elementary School opened for the 1995-1996 school-year.  The building was named in honor of former Humble ISD school board member, and long-time Humble resident, Jack M. Fields Sr.

The school served students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade.  Jack M. Fields, Sr. Elementary School is designated as a Title I Schoolwide campus.

The school colors are Maroon and Teal.  The school mascot is a Tiger.

The school motto is: "Where dreams become reality. Reach for the Stars!"

The school is located at 2505 South Houston Avenue, in Humble.
