Willow Creek Elementary School opened on September 1, 1988 for the 1988-1989 school-year.

The school serves students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.  

The school colors are Red, Blue and White.  The school mascot is the Cardinals.

The school motto is: "WCE Cardinals are Kind, Safe, Respectful and Responsible"

The school is located at 2002 Willow Terrace Drive, in Kingwood.
