Humble ISD has implemented a clear bag policy at Turner Stadium. The policy is aimed at enhancing safe and enjoyable experiences for all attendees.
Beginning Thursday, August 29, 2024, the first home varsity football game of the 2024-2025 school year, when Atascocita takes on Houston Lamar, all bags brought into the stadium must be clear and not exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches. Small clutch bags or fanny packs that do not exceed 5.5 inches x 8.5 inches also will also be permitted. The clear bag policy is in effect for all events held at Turner Stadium throughout the year, including football, soccer, track and any other event at Turner Stadium.
Exceptions to the clear bag policy will be made for medical equipment and for diaper bags when accompanied by an infant. All bags are subject to visual inspection.
The new clear bag policy at Turner Stadium supports efficient entry, enhances safety, and aligns with industry standards for event venues. Humble ISD joins NRG Stadium, the University of Houston’s TDECU Stadium, Conroe ISD, Cypress Fairbanks ISD, Galena Park ISD, Fort Bend ISD, Katy ISD, Klein ISD, New Caney ISD, and many other organizations in implementing a clear bag policy for stadium events.
Humble ISD appreciates attendees’ cooperation and understanding as we prioritize the safety and comfort of everyone attending events at Turner Stadium.
