The following leadership appointments have taken place as of May 23, 2023

Administration

Christy Erb is appointed to the position of Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Schools effective July 1, 2023. She previously held the position of Director of Elementary Administration.

Educational Support Services

Katherine Hutchison is appointed to the position of Dyslexia Specialist with Educational Support Services effective July 1, 2023. She previously held the position of English Teacher at Kingwood Middle School.

Financial Services

Carlotta Nicholas is appointed to the position of Director of Purchasing with the Financial Services Division effective May 30, 2023. She previously held the position of Director of Purchasing with Aldine ISD.

Internal Audit

Kelly Hughes-Shropshire is appointed to the position of Assistant Director in the Internal Audit Department effective July 1, 2023. She previously held the position of Child Nutrition Business Operations Manager.
Alejandra Sanchez is appointed to the position of Compliance Audit Analyst in the Internal Audit Department effective May 15, 2023. She previously held the position of Records Analyst with the Technology Services Department.

Student Support Services

Lesley Nickelson is appointed to the position of Coordinator of Library Media Services with Student Support Services effective July 1, 2023. She previously held the position of Librarian at Riverwood Middle School.

Teaching and Learning

Precus Glover is appointed to the position of Digital Learning Specialist with the Teaching & Learning Division effective June 5, 2023. She previously held the position of Technology Teacher at Fall Creek Elementary.
Julia Gomez is appointed to the position of Language Acquisition Coordinator with the Teaching & Learning effective June 5, 2023. She previously held the position of Bilingual Instructional Specialist with the Teaching & Learning Division.
Jennifer Holloway is appointed to the position of Advanced Learning Coordinator with the Teaching & Learning Division effective July 1, 2023. She previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Kingwood Middle School.

Technology Services

Kenia Ramirez is appointed to the position of Bond Project Manager with the Technology Services Department effective May 30, 2023. She previously held the position of Attendance/Truancy Specialist in the Technology Services Department.
Jammie Welch is appointed to the position of PEIMS Analyst in the Technology Services Department effective June 19, 2023. She previously held the position of Software Support Student Information Services in the Technology Services Department.

Lakeland Elementary School

Cassie Reescano is appointed to the position of Assistant Principal at Lakeland Elementary effective July 10, 2023. She previously held the position of Instructional Specialist with Teaching & Learning Division.

Lakeshore Elementary School

Melyssa Burke is appointed to the position of Assistant Principal at Lakeshore Elementary effective July 10, 2023. She previously held the position of Campus Testing Coordinator at Sconzo Early College High School.

Summerwood Elementary School

Dawnielle Shrader is appointed to the position of Principal at Summerwood Elementary School effective July 1, 2023. She previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Woodland Hills Elementary.

Creekwood Middle School

Tyler Eidsness is appointed to the position of Assistant Principal at Creekwood Middle School effective July 17, 2023. He previously held the position of Science Teacher/9th Grade Sports Coordinator at Cleveland ISD.

Kingwood Middle School

Amber Widmier is appointed to the position of Assistant Principal at Kingwood Middle School effective July 17, 2023. She previously held the position of Interim Assistant Principal at Kingwood Middle School.

Ross Sterling Middle School

Trenton Harris is appointed to the position of Assistant Principal at Ross Sterling Middle School effective July 17, 2023. He previously held the position of Interim Assistant Principal at Ross Sterling Middle School.

Summer Creek High School

Tonja Green is appointed to the position of Associate Principal at Summer Creek High School effective July 1, 2023. She previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Humble High School.
David Mason is appointed to the position of Assistant Principal at Summer Creek High School effective July 17, 2023. He previously held the position of Substitute Assistant Principal at Summer Creek High School.
Mario Rodriguez be appointed to the position of Assistant Principal at Summer Creek High School effective July 17, 2023. He previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Aldine ISD.
