Agriculture Facility Visitor Policy and Instructions

Policy:

• Only listed (Family Form) and approved (volunteer link) immediate family allowed at barn with their CTE issued badge

• Any other visitor will need to obtain approval (volunteer link) and submit the one time visitor form to the exhibitors ag science teacher at least 5 days prior to their arrival. They will need to wear the CTE visitor badge at all times and return to the Ag Science teacher the next business day.

Volunteer Link Tips:

• REQUIRED in Step 2: In the “Notes - For District Use Only”, enter the student exhibitor and family relationship. (example: John Doe - exhibitor is my son)

• REQUIRED in Step 3: Select the EXHIBITORS home campus (AHS, HHS, KHS, KPHS, or SCHS)

• REQUIRED in Step 4: Select “North/South Ag Barn Volunteer”

• Failure to complete District Volunteer Application by the August 30th deadline will delay any immediate family from entering the Ag Barn. 

Upon completion of the district volunteer link by August 30th, Humble ISD will receive an approved list. A special CTE issued badge will be given to each immediate family member 18+ listed on the Family Form and approved at pen selection.
