Students starting a new school year are often excited and sometimes a little nervous. However, they shouldn't have to worry about not having school supplies. Our goal is to collect 4,000 backpacks for our Humble ISD families. These backpacks will be filled with school supplies and paired with immunizations, vision screenings, food assistance, community resources, and much more! Let's make sure every student starts the year ready and confident.

You can support this project in two ways:

  1. Visit your local HEB and Kroger to purchase school supply packs that will be donated to Humble ISD students.

  2. Purchase backpacks and drop them off at one of our locations listed below.

Your support will help equip many Humble ISD students for success. Your gift today to the Humble ISD Education Foundation will be used to purchase school supplies for students in need. This nonprofit organization supports projects that benefit Humble ISD students and educators, including providing school supplies to those in need.

Host a School Supply Drive

Are you a business that wants your employees to participate by hosting a backpack drive? Hosting a drive is easy! Your business or organization can truly make a difference by providing our students in need with the backpack they need to be successful in the classroom. 

How can my company or business host a drive?

  • Collect backpacks in your business or organization. You can drop off the donated items at our building or arrange for pick-up.

  • Encourage your staff to make a cash gift on our website and note it’s part of your company’s supply drive.

  • Humble ISD Administration Building: 10203 Birchridge Drive, Humble, TX 77338 - Open Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Humble ISD | Board, Business & Technology Center (BBTC): 20200 Eastway Village Dr, Humble, TX 77338 - Open Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Lake Houston Family YMCA: 2420 West Lake Houston Parkway, Kingwood, TX 77339 - Open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
