The SMART tag Parent App allows elementary parents to:

  • View your child’s profile and assigned bus routes

  • Monitor your child’s riding activity and view bus stop locations where students got on/off the bus

  • Receive notifications for when your child gets on/off the bus at your home stop and at school

  • Receive notifications when the bus is arriving at your home stop

  • Manage guardians authorized to receive your child at their afternoon drop-off stop

Download the App:

  1. Download the SMART tag Parent App on your mobile device.
    It is available for both
    Android and iOS.

  2. Once the app is downloaded, select Create an Account

  3. Enter your email address. Use the SAME email listed in Home Access Center.

  4. Enter the 6-digit code that will be emailed to you.

  5. Create your own password.

Link your account to your student:

  1. Sign in to the App using your email and password.

  2. On the welcome screen, select Find students.

  3. Select your school district - Humble ISD.

  4. Confirm your students. Using your email that is on file in Home Access Center will allow for your students to be automatically displayed.

  5. Once your student is linked, you can choose your SMART alert settings.
