$20/hour Starting Bus Driver, plus CDL Experience*

For New Drivers: You must have a current Texas Driver’s License with a minimum of five years’ driving experience to apply.  If you do not already have a Commercial Driver's License our driver trainers will work with you and help you prepare for your CDL road test.  Once you receive a CDL with Passenger & School Bus endorsements, you will be enrolled in a 20-hour certification course that is paid by the district.  As an Humble ISD professional school bus driver you will also be provided CPR and CPI training.

*Documented CDL P&S or bus driver experience will be considered.  
*All school bus drivers are required to pass an annual DOT physical and are subject to DOT regulated random drug screenings.
