General Information
The Criminal Justice Club at Kingwood High School shall strive to achieve the following goals:
To promote awareness and understanding of the law by sponsoring activities which enhance student participation within the Criminal Justice field
To develop leadership abilities through participation in educational, vocational, civic, recreational and social activities
To emphasize the importance of continuous education consistent to the needs of the individual and the requirements of his or her chosen occupation
To motivate students to do their best academically, socially and personally
All students enrolled at KHS who are interested in learning about law enforcement, courts, and corrections etc. are eligible for membership without regard to their race, color, marital status, religion, sex, age, handicap, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
To become a member an agreement must be made to assist the club officers in various activities. These activities include but are not limited to the following: preparations for the club’s events, cleaning up after events, attending meetings, willingness to participate in the Criminal Justice Club.
Meetings are on Thursdays, during Block A lunch, Room 4206
