KHS Project Lit is a group of young people interested in expanding their views of the world through modern day literature. Our club loves reading all genres of books and provides opportunities for all students at KHS to participate in student-led discussions over the themes, characters, controversies, and writing style of the novels.

We seek to connect as many students as possible through the creative aspects of the various books we read. We know that providing a student with great literature to read can help advance them academically in so many ways beyond just the English classroom.

 Each one of our students seeks opportunities to further their knowledge and skills in the areas of English literature and contemporary themes. They are book lovers at heart and can't wait to crack open our next novel!

We have had three Donors Choose projects funded since July of 2023.

We meet every Thursday during A lunch in room 2413.

We distribute and discuss our novels and plan community service projects.
