Rank One forms must be filled out by all current 6th Graders and current 7th Graders who do not play sports. If you are a current 7th Grade cheerleader you do not have to fill out forms until after tryouts. Coach Johnson will inform all 2022-2023 cheerleaders/mascots of when updated Rank One forms need to be filled out.

• Once you are on the website, in the top right corner click Fill Out Electronic Forms.

• Then, Click State and find Humble ISD.

• Register and confirm email address.

• Go back to site and Add Student.

• Fill out all necessary forms.
