Track - Boys

 Welcome to Timberwood Track!!!

Track BENEFITS ALL sports by increasing speed, agility, and quickness. We would love for all of our athletes to run track. However, we can only take the TOP 5 in each running event and the TOP 4 in field events. Athletes must try out each week to travel to the track meet. You must train HARD to earn a spot and keep your spot to travel to the track meet.  The District Track Meet, we can only take the TOP 3 for each event.  Athletes that are not running track will continue the offseason program. In the offseason program, the athletes will work to develop speed, strength, agility, and conditioning.
