Notes from the Registrar
Enrollment for the 24-25 School year is OPEN as of May 8, 2024.
Prior to enrolling, please verify your address and ensure you are zoned to WMS for the 2024/2025 school year. The schools zoned to your address will be listed. If none are shown, you do not reside in Humble ISD attendance zone. Please visit Limited Open Enrollment for the “LIMITED OPEN ENROLLMENT PROCESS.”
· Registration office will be closed June 6th – July 14th
· Please complete the Online Registration process and upload ALL required documents listed below. Failure to upload any required document may delay your student(s) enrollment process.
*Student(s) birth certificate (listed as student age and Identity)
*Student(s) Withdraw slip or last report card (listed as school records)
*Student(s) shot record/ Must be up to date (listed as immunizations)
*504/IEP Plan If applicable (Listed as test scores)
*Parent/Guardians ID (if not the biological parent(s) listed on the birth certificate, please provide court documents showing proof of guardianship).
*Proof of Residency (House-Gas/Water/Light bill) (Apartment- Lease agreement ONLY - Parent or Guardian must be listed on the lease).
*Legal Documents if applicable (Adoption/ CPS/ Divorce decree/ Power of attorney/Guardianship).
· Once your application is received, reviewed, and completed you will receive an email “Welcome to Woodcreek Middle School”.
**Annual Update for the 24-25 school year will open July 15th. This is a requirement for all returning students, proof of residency is required to be uploaded. **
ALL registered students must be in attendance on the first day of school (August 7, 2024) or they will be withdrawn.
If you plan to move, please complete the Intent to Move Form and email it back to Jacanche@humbleisd.net
Private/out of state schools can send a records request to Jacsanche@humbleisd.net
Public and Private schools may request student records using a secure electronic process.
