Super Staffer for Elementary – Kerri Pennington, EGE School Nurse
Those who nominated her said, "Nurse Kerri Pennington is a ray of sunshine at Elm Grove Elementary. She maintains her professionalism and commitment to Elm Grove students and staff in even the most difficult situations. This year, not only has she led our team through Covid, she continues to ensure exceptional medical care for staff and students and promotes campus safety by providing learning opportunities including Wellness Wednesdays, CPR Training, and her Virtual Clinic. Nurse Kerri is kind, always willing to lend a hand and has a positive attitude. Elm Grove is lucky to have her."
Super Staffer for Secondary- Shalonda Collins, HMS Algebra Teacher
Those who nominated her said, "Shalonda Collins has gone above and beyond to advocate for teachers and students alike. Not only has she started a committee to address staff suggestions, she has also become a great help and resource to several teachers new to the profession and to the campus. Mrs. Collins challenges her students to make their best better and celebrates their growth. She thrives on feedback and is a valuable member of our HMS Family."
Super Staffer for Support- Marvin Thomas, Warehouse Route Driver
Those who nominated him said, "He always has a great attitude and will help anyone in need. He is one of four route drivers and we only hear positive feedback from all of his schools. He is always willing to go the extra mile to take packages to whatever location I need to make my day easier. His professionalism and work performance is a positive contribution to our department."
