Humble ISD’s Super Staffers of the Month were recognized at the regularly scheduled Board Meeting on May 10. This month’s Super Staffer Awards is sponsored by Kelly's Transportation Services.

Pictured from left are Kelly's Transporation Services Representative Torinal Kelly, Guy M. Sconzo Early College High School Campus Secretary Deniel Williams, Humble Elementary School Teacher Lisa Aguilar, Legal Operations Specialist Becky Rangel, Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth Fagen, and School Board President Martina Dixon.

Honored at the Board Meeting were the following Super Staffers:

Lisa Aguilar — Humble Elementary School, 5th Grade Teacher
Those who nominated her said, "Ms. Aguilar's passion and energy for teaching is admirable. She worries for her students as a mother and as a teacher. She really cares for their success and is willing to help with their middle school transitions. We don't know how she does it, but she is able to meet all of her students' needs!"

Deniel Williams — Guy M. Sconzo Early College High School, Campus Secretary
Those who nominated her said, "Ms. Williams joined the Sconzo family in 2021 and has proven herself to be invaluable. She goes over and beyond in supporting all of the various events held on our campus. From purchasing, researching, and picking up items for various clubs, Ms. Williams embodies the Sconzo motto fo "Experience the Difference" and serves the Sconzo community with the same spirit as our namesake, Dr. Sconzo."

Becky Rangel — Administration, Legal Operations Specialist
Those who nominated her said, "Becky serves as the operations legal specialist, but really Becky is one of the District's go-to problem solvers. From bounce houses to complex construction projects, she serves every campus and department with efficiency and expertise, and helps the District move forward with whatever needs doing. She is an expert multi-tasker, has a keen eye for potential issues, and offers creative solutions that put campuses and departments first. While most students and staff may never see Becky in-person, her work has touched all members of the Humble ISD family and her 10 years of dedicated service to the District are sincerely appreciated."
