Humble ISD is ranked #1 out of 48 school districts in the Houston Area for “Best Places to Teach” by Niche, a ranking and review site that serves as an online resource for information on K-12 schools, colleges, cities, neighborhoods, and companies across the United States.
The Best Places to Teach ranking is based on analysis of academic and teacher data from the U.S. Department of Education along with reviews from students and parents. Data like teacher salaries, teacher tenure, teacher absenteeism, student-teacher ratio, as well as the district's Niche grades for Overall, Administration, Safety, and Resources, are all part of the equation.
