Nate Griffin brought the energy.
The FOX 26 personality ran through a giant paper sign to kick off the FOX 26 Friday Football Frenzy show at Kingwood High School on Friday morning.
The weekly feature had Griffin at Kingwood High School, while FOX 26 reporter Chelsea Edwards reported from Summer Creek High School prior to the Mustangs and Bulldogs District 21-6A showdown on Friday night at Turner Stadium.
Each school had their cheerleaders, dance and drill team, band and members of the football team on hand for the exciting morning.
Kingwood and Summer Creek are set to kickoff at 7 p.m. tonight at Turner Stadium.
