During the August 8, 2023 Humble ISD School Board Meeting, the school board recognized two of its community partners, including Grace Church of Humble.
Grace Church was the site for the two-day Convocation 2023 event, which kicked off the 2023-2024 school year for Humble ISD on August 1-2.
“In all of our interactions with their staff, we received a genuinely warm welcome,” Humble ISD Chief Community Engagement Officer Jerri Monbaron said. “From the use of their incredible AV technology to accommodating all of our dress rehearsals to even allowing us to give out Blue Bell ice cream in their foyer, everyone at Grace provided wonderful hospitality to Humble ISD.”
Grace Church representatives Pastor Spence Jones, Ashlee Provost and Marc Reyes attended the Humble ISD School Board Meeting to receive the recognition. Joining them for the photo was Humble ISD School Board President Robert Scarfo and Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth Fagen.
