Humble ISD to promote Childhood Cancer Awareness Month through Gold Fight Win campaign

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and Humble ISD is excited to continue our partnership with three local nonprofits; Addi's Faith Foundation, L3 Foundation, and Mothers Against Cancer to rally support behind the mission of Gold Fight Win which is to raise awareness, improve education and raise funds to help find a cure for pediatric cancer.

Friday, September 15 is Humble ISD's GOLD FIGHT WIN Day. Students and staff are encouraged to wear Gold Fight Win T-shirts, which can be purchased at K&M ACE Hardware in Kingwood and Atascocita and Pretty Little Things Boutique.

All of our Humble ISD schools have planned a variety of activities to celebrate GOLD FIGHT WIN with their students and staff.  We invite the community to join our high schools at our designated Gold Fight Win football games at Turner Stadium which will be:

  • September 21st Kingwood vs Atascocita (7 p.m.)

  • September 23rd Kingwood Park vs Crosby (6 p.m.)

  • September 29th Humble vs Summer Creek (7 p.m.)

Any pediatric cancer warriors who would like to attend a GFW Football game as an honoree can register here.
