Honored at the Board Meeting were the following Super Staffers:

Amy Rodriguez, Behavior Interventionist - Groves Elementary School
Those who nominated her said, "Amy is making a fantastic impact as the new behavior interventionist at Groves Elementary! Her background as a first-grade teacher at Groves allows her to connect with students on a personal level, and her proactive approach of visiting classrooms has really helped her build strong relationships with them. Amy is also super responsive to teachers who need behavior support and she has revitalized the KBL, or Kinesthetic Base Learning lab - introducing a new behavior support system to enhance student engagement and ensure progress is documented effectively. It's uplifting to see the positive response from our parents, who are singing her praises for her caring and supportive approach to students. Amy fosters a nurturing environment that encourages all students to thrive and we are so glad to have her on our team.”

Tameka Haggerty, Principal’s Secretary - Autumn Ridge Middle School
Those who nominated her said, "Tameka was with us when Autumn Ridge Middle School opened in 2022 and is a major influential employee supporting every department and team on the campus. She provides training for our district and campus staff, recognizes staff for special occasions, and supports students in and out of the classroom. She is also a resource and “go-to” person for other campuses in need and stands out as a leader. Tameka arrives early, stays late, and invests countless hours to ensure that Autumn Ridge is prepared for students and staff to have a great day! It is no surprise that she has been selected as "Paraprofessional of the Year" for the past 2 years by the ARMS staff. Her efforts and hard work are recognized by everyone who knows her and we are so happy to see her honored here today.”

She takes pride ensuring our police radios, reporting system, dispatch terminals, department cameras and building technology systems are always in working order. Jennifer is always willing to share her experience and expertise to help others succeed. She has gone above and beyond the normal duties by making herself available throughout the day, evening or nights to ensure our department's technology is up and running. With her selfless dedication and hard work, Jennifer provides outstanding service to the Humble ISD Police Department and we are so fortunate that she is part of our Emergency Operations team.”
