Humble High School is hosting its Second Annual Student Barber Battle on Thursday, November 21, from 10 am to 1:00 p.m. and will be Live Streamed on TexanLive.com.
The event will have approximately 100 student barbers from Humble ISD Barbering Academy, Cleveland High School, Westfield High School and Five Star Elite Barbering School competing in varying categories. They include high taper fade, burst fade, men's shear cut, freestyle haircut with design and color and fastest bald fade.

The Humble ISD Barbering Academy, which started in the 2022-2023 school year, has students from Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, Kingwood Park and Summer Creek High School. Barbering courses, which include Barbering 1 and Barbering 2, in Humble ISD are a part of the district’s Career/Technical Education Program.
