In order to attend Elm Grove Thanksgiving Feast you will need complete a registration form and bring a valid form of ID on the day of the event. A form must be completed for each guest over 18 years of age. If you are attending both days, you will need to fill out a form for both days in order to be signed in for both days.

REGISTER HERE: Pre K, 1st, 3rd, 5th Grade Thanksgiving Feast will be Tuesday, November 19th

REGISTER HERE: Kinder, 2nd and 4th Grade Thanksgiving Feast will be Thursday, November 21st

PRE REGISTRATION LINK WILL CLOSE THE DAY BEFORE EACH FEAST

We invite you to come eat with your student(s) on their designated day.

  • Guests should purchase a ticket in advance for each school they intend to eat at and on the day that they intend to eat there.

    This process will help reduce congestion during our meal service.

  • RevTrak is for purchasing tickets for guests only. Parents do not use RevTrak to purchase meals for their students.

  • Parents should put money in their student's lunch account in advance because students will purchase their meal as they go through the serving line using their lunch account as normal.

  • If a parent has multiple children in different grades and plans to eat a meal with each student, the parent should purchase a Guest Ticket for each child they plan to eat with.



We will have two Thanksgiving Feasts -

Tuesday, November 19th, for grades PK,1st, 3rd, & 5th (Click here to purchase meal ticket)

Thursday, November 21st for grades K, 2nd, & 4th. (Click here to purchase meal ticket)

  • Be sure to choose Elm Grove Elementary as your home campus

  • List the student first & last name, student ID number, as well as the guest first & last name to make check in easier.

  • No Refunds.

  • The Link will close the day prior to the banquet. For Example: The link will close on

    November 18th at 11:59PM for Tuesday, November 19th banquets. Also, the link will close on November 20th at 11:59PM for the Thursday, November 21st Banquets.

  • There will be no purchases on the day of the feast via RevTrak.
