Boarding Pass Information

Flight School Boarding Pass pick-up will be from 1pm to 6pm on Thursday, Aug. 1st, and then during regular business hours through 4pm on Monday, Aug. 5th.

To receive a Boarding Pass and attend Flight School, every family must complete an Annual Update for each of their students, and provide their current proof of residency by 4pm on Monday, August 5th. Chromebooks will be available for families who need assistance logging into their Home Access Center Account and completing their Annual Update during Boarding Pass pick-up.

If you have completed your Annual Update and elected to bring in or email your residence documents to the registrar, you must do so by the end of the day on July 31st to receive your Boarding Pass. You may email the registrar, Shannon Wild, at shannon.wild@humbleisd.net. Please reference your student's name in your email, and attach the appropriate documentation as a PDF. The following forms of documentation will be accepted:

  • If you reside in a house: a water, gas, electricity, or mortgage statement dated July or August 2024, listed in a parent/guardian's name.

  • If you reside in an apartment: a valid lease agreement listing the parent/guardian's name, the address, and dates of the lease.

  • If you reside in the home of a friend or family member: a notarized Verification of Address Affidavit (form available in the front office at ESE) with the homeowner's residence documents, and parent and homeowner drivers' licenses. A meeting with administrators is also required and can be scheduled in the front office. 

ESE's Flight School Meet the Teacher Night is on Monday, Aug. 5th from 4:30 to 6:30pm. Families must have a Boarding Pass to attend and meet their teacher(s). To receive a Boarding Pass each student's Annual Update must be submitted with current proof of residence no later than 4pm on Aug. 5th.
