The Thanksgiving Feast is on Tuesday, November 14th. *Times are listed below in the picture.
Feast Menu: Turkey or chicken nuggets, Mashed Potatoes, Roll, Cornbread Stuffing, Sweet Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Applesauce, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Milk, Tea (Adults Only), Peach Cobbler
Procedure for purchasing a meal:
Meals for visiting adults and children are $6.00

*The link to purchase will no longer be available after Nov. 13th at midnight
*On the day of the event, Nov. 14, you can purchase a meal for $6 (cash only) through the serving line. No change will be made. Any extra funds will be deposited in your students’ account.
*Foster students will use their lunch account to purchase lunch as usual. Please make sure that they have money in their account.
Procedures for the day of the feast:
Upon arrival you will check-in with the RSVP table in the foyer, and present your driver’s license to receive a visitor’s badge and your meal ticket(s), if purchased. Your RSVP is NOT your meal ticket! All guests who have not RSVP’d will need to report to the front office to check-in.
ALL visitors, whether you RSVP or not, must have identification to attend.
Please list all attendees on the RSVP google form and make sure all guests are on your child’s Emergency Contact List in HAC. RSVP does NOT include your lunch ticket. Please make sure you purchase your meal tickets through the Meal Purchase link above.
