CARNIVAL INFORMATION
The Foster PTA Carnival committee is prepping for a fun filled Spring Carnival! We hope for a HUGE community turnout especially since this is the final Foster Carnival on the property as it currently is.
There will be food trucks, games, attractions, balloon artists, and a silent auction.
Games/ Booths and Attractions- Parent volunteers make the Foster Carnival the best! There is one sign-up for Volunteer time slots. The link to volunteer is here: tinyurl.com/2024FosterCarnival
Silent Auction Baskets- There are designated baskets per grade level. Students can put all donations in their designated grade level donation box in the front office. Donations are due Thursday, March 28th.
Silent Auction themes are listed in the table below, but other donations are encouraged to support our PTA!
Concession Donations- Each grade level is requested to donate a specific concession item. Concession donation items can be put on the stage in the cafeteria. No Cafeteria visitors on stage the week of April 2-5
Tickets and Pre-Sale- A ticket pre-sale starts Tuesday, March 26th and ends April 3rd. All pre-sale ticket orders will be sent home with students before carnival. During Carnival there will be 2 booths set up for ticket sales as well.
Room Parent Role- Room Parents will be sent a Sign-Up Genius from PTA to volunteer for the day of Carnival, which includes Set-Up, Clean-Up and a booth Volunteer shift.
