The Manners Banquet is an event designed to teach & reinforce good manners, proper dining etiquette, & social skills. It serves and a fun & interactive way for students to apply what they've learned in a real-world setting.

Battle of the Books will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, at Humble High School.


Today we were rocking our craziest socks to celebrate the uniqueness and abilities of individuals with Down Syndrome. Happy World Down Syndrome Day!




HHE's Destination Imagination team worked tirelessly for 5 1/2 months creating props, scenery, costumes, & writing a script. They placed 3rd out of 20 teams and received their rings. Shine on Roadrunners!

We have an exciting fundraiser in store for students to help bring much-needed funds to our school!
Tonight's Student Challenge: ✨PJs for a Donation! Anyone who earns their first donation on mybooster.com by kickoff TONIGHT, gets to wear PJs TOMORROW!! ✨
Our Fundraiser at a Glance:
1. Kickoff Event. Students will learn what to expect from the fun days ahead and how the fundraiser will work.
2. Character-Building Videos. Our school will follow along with a character-building program called Castle Quest where students will be learning the six virtues of a true hero while raising funds to hit our fundraising goal.
Throughout the week, our class will earn fun rewards based on how much we raise on our classroom Level Up tracker. When our class earns a reward that adds some extra awesomeness to our day, I will be sure to let you know!
3. Event Day. This is the epic grand finale - Hidden Hollow Rudy's Fun Run on Wednesday!
Our school has a fundraising goal of $8,000 and we are raising funds for Instructional Resources.

We are thrilled to report that this year's Super Kids Day 2025 was a tremendous success and we couldn't have done it without the hard work and dedication of so many wonderful individuals! Thank you to the coaches, the specials teachers, the 5th grade volunteers, HEB, the parents, the PTA, & everyone else that played a part of this incredible day.




Go Texan Day is not just about dressing up; it's a celebration of our community, our culture, & the values we share as Texans. HHE did not disappoint with their flannel shirts , bandanas, and cowboy boots & hats. Yeehaw!

Classroom Guidance Lessons are presented in the classroom for all students in grades K-5. Lessons teach developmentally appropriate life skills. We refer to these skills as the Great 8 Skills for Daily Life. These skills include Optimistic Thinking, Self-Management, Relationship Skills, Goal-Directed Behavior, Decision Making, Personal Responsibility, Self-Awareness and Social-Awareness.



Attendance plays a crucial role in a student's success and engagement. We had a Cookies & Milk reward to recognize & celebrate those with at least 97% attendance.
