Parking FAQs
Who can apply for parking at Humble High School?
Only seniors and juniors are allowed to park at Humble High School. Underclassmen will not be considered for a parking space.
How much is a parking pass?

I'm getting my license soon. Can I purchase my parking permit with my learner's license?
No. You must have a driver's license. You may purchase once you get your driver's license. Permits are sold daily during the school year.
My car has paper plates. Can I purchase a permit?
Yes. You will fill out the info and give the temporary license plate. Once the permanent plates arrive, you will need to go to the Admin Office to update your information.
Does the insurance have to be in the student’s name?
The insurance may be in the owner’s name. It does not have to be in the student’s
name, but it must be current and for the vehicle that is registered.
How do I attach my parking sticker?
Attach your parking sticker to the front passenger side of your windshield. If your sticker is not visible you may receive discipline.
Where can I park?
Student Senior Parking will be located on the very last row near Wilson road. Underclassman parking will be located near Turner Stadium.
Can I go back to my car during the school day?
Upon arrival at school, students are to immediately park and enter the building. Students are not allowed in parking areas during the school day without permission from a principal. Teachers cannot give permission for students to be in parking areas. Students who are in parking areas during the school day without proper permission will be subject to disciplinary action, including administrative search. Leaving campus without permission will result in disciplinary action.

Student Parking Rules and Regulations
Please read carefully, both you and your parent/guardian are responsible for the following rules and regulations. These Rules and Regulations must be adhered to at all times.
Student parking privileges can be revoked if the following Rules and Regulations are not followed.
To register a student’s vehicle(s):
Have a parent/guardian sign all applicable spaces.
Return the completed form to the front office along with proof of insurance (current) and a valid driver’s license.
Each student will be sold only one tag. This tag must be in the vehicle that the student drives to school on any given day and that particular vehicle must be registered with the school in that student’s name. Appropriate discipline will be applied if the student violates this rule.
The parking decal must be displayed with a clear view from the outside of the vehicle. Failing to properly display your parking tag is a violation of parking rules. Any student that has received two or more warning violations is subject to having the vehicle towed from the campus at the owner’s expense.
If a parking decal is lost, the student is required to report it being lost to the office and purchase another parking tag. The student will need proof of insurance (current) and a valid driver’s license.
A STUDENT MAY NOT USE ANOTHER STUDENT’S PARKING Decal AT ANY TIME.
THE SCHOOL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR THEFT. TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT PERSONAL PROPERTY.
Students may not go to their vehicle at any time during the school day without an authorized pass from a principal’s office.
Students found parking in UNAUTHORIZED AREAS risk losing their parking privileges and/or having their vehicle towed, at the owner’s expense.
THE STUDENT MUST ADHERE TO ALL STUDENT PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS WITHOUT HESITATION OR DISCIPLINARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
Parking Violation Consequences
Vehicles in violation of any of the above Rules or Regulations will be subject to the following consequences:
1st-3rd violation: Written warning sticker placed on vehicle.
4th violation: Parking Privileges suspended for 5 school days
5th violation: Loss of Parking Privileges for the Semester/or Remainder of the school year
Any driving deemed unsafe or puts student(s) in harm as determined by school administration can result in removal of parking privileges immediately for the remainder of the school year.
A VEHICLE MAY BE TOWED (at the owner’s expense) IF ANY PART OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE VIOLATED.
- Operators of motor vehicles on school property are subject to all Rules and Regulations of Humble I.S.D. School Board Policy and, in some cases, STATE LAW.
