In January, 2014, TCOLE provided the Humble ISD Police Department with a Training Contract Provider Number. This contract provider number allows the Humble ISD Police Department to provide credited law enforcement training under academy rosters. We are one of only six ISD Police Departments in the State of Texas to have a contract provider number.

As you are all aware, the situation surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic is rapidly evolving. The Command Staff of the Humble ISD Police Department has been closely monitoring updates from the CDC as well as state and municipal governments. Many states currently have restrictions on assemblies and several agencies are canceling non-essential travel. Humble ISD Police Department has safety measures in place for protecting those attending our facilities' in-person training.

The above calendar will be updated as needed.  If you are interested in attending any of the above training, please get approval from your supervisor before you register for a course.

§218.3. Legislatively Required Continuing Education for Licensees. (a) Individuals appointed as peace officers shall complete at least 40 hours of continuing education training and must complete a training and education program that covers recent changes to the laws of this state and of the United States pertaining to peace officers every 24-month unit of a training cycle.
