Led by the Kingwood Fillies dance team, Kingwood High School has joined with local organizations and "Gone Gold" for the month of September. In 2018, the Fillies introduced KHS to the "Gold, Fight, Win!" program after one of the Fillies lost her little brother to childhood cancer. The month of September is now Go Gold Month to raise awareness of the need for more funding and research into pediatric cancers. Go Gold is now a project involves everyone at KHS and has been picked up by Humble ISD, and other districts across the State. Together we can find a cure!
