Grades 6-12 and all adults invited on the field for fun, combat fitness led by the AHS Marine Corps JROTC and Veteran Navy SEAL Congressman Dan Crenshaw. 6th grade World Culture students participate in card sort to encourage more group discussions and organize their note-making. This one helped build vocabulary while categorizing the benefits and challenges that come with living in multicultural societies.
7th grade AVID visited San Jacinto college and learned all about dual credit classes and becoming their own bosses. They followed this amazing visit with a trip to the interactive zoo!
