Tryouts for the 24-25 Teams are March 4th-8th. To be eligible to tryout, ALL forms must be completed by Monday, February 26th. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Fill out the General Candidate Info Form by clicking HERE. This will enroll you in the email group to receive information throughout the process. This also reserves your student a tryout spot.

Step 2: Attend the Cheer Tryout Interest Meeting on January 30th {Tuesday} at 6pm in the KMS Library. All information about the tryouts and team will be given here, with time for parent and candidate questions.

Step 3: Be sure your student has a 24-25 Humble ISD Physical performed by a doctor AFTER Feb. 1. It must be on the Humble ISD Physical Form. This MUST be turned in to the KMS Athletic Director, not Coach Wells. Boys = Coach Barger. Girls = Coach Marxsen. A candidate cannot tryout without the form being turned in and approved. Step 4: Read the Humble ISD Cheer Handbook HERE. Sign the Acknowledgement form HERE.

Step 5: Read the Student Athlete Code of Conduct HERE. Sign the Acknowledgement form HERE.

Step 6: Read the Attendance Policy and Sign the Acknowledgement form HERE.

Step 7: Attend the Cheer Clinic from 4-5:30 on March 4th, 5th, and 6th in the KMS Gym. Candidates will learn a Cheer and Dance as well as all fundamentals on the Score sheet.

Step 8: Attend both nights of Tryouts, March 7th and 8th, 4:30pm-end in the KMS Gym.

Step 9: Check the KMS Cheer Website for a list of our 24-25 Teams to be published on the evening of the 8th.
