Mrs. Hernandez, Mr. Ojeda, and Mrs. O'Neal are working on interventions with students. They are using UFli roll and read, working on fr- and br- blends, as well as building CVC words.
We are excited about our Winter Wonderland this Saturday, December 2nd! This event will take place from 10am - 2pm. There will be lots of fun activities, food, vendor tables, raffle baskets & more! Santa pictures will be available for $8.00 from 9am-12pm in the cafeteria.
Turkey Trot!! Is tomorrow November 17, during students Specials times. Parents are allowed to attend. We will not be able to run on the field do to construction, so we will trot in the back parking lot off the cafeteria. Students should wear tennis shoes! No sandals or crocs.

The Curiosity Cruiser was out yesterday evening at Trunk or Teat. Park Lakes Elementary students were able to get a free book from the Curiosity Cruiser sponsored by Harris County Public Libraries! We thank you for the support of our young readers.

Boo at the Barn: AHS, HHS & SCHS FFA presents Boo at the Barn from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 28, at the South Ag Farm, 1700 Wilson Road in Humble. Admission is a a canned food item. Costumes are encouraged! There will be trick-or-treating, animals, chicken bingo, concessions, $5 unlimited inflatables, mechanical bull, and more! Hope to see you there!
Humble ISD is closed for October break the 2nd - 6th. School will resume on Monday, October 9th.
We are looking for candy donations for our 1st Annual Trunk or Treat!! There will be an incentive for the class with the most donated candy. Write the teachers name on your candy or candy bag.
