September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and Summer Creek High School is proud to support the efforts of raising awareness for childhood cancer with Humble ISD and 3 local charities who combined to form Gold Fight Win.
September 15th is the Humble ISD GO GOLD Day!! Please wear any GOLD that day. It can be socks, shirts, headbands, anything to show support for childhood cancer. The Gold Fight Win t-shirts can be purchased on Thursday, September 14th for $15 on SCHS campus during lunch in front of the library and after school (from 4-6 pm) in the bus lane. GFW shirts can also be purchased at Ace Hardware at both Kingwood and Atascocita locations and Pretty Little Things in Kingwood. SCHS football has dedicated their September 29th game against Humble High School to Gold Fight Win! There will be a pep rally that day and to enter the pep rally, you must either wear a GFW shirt or purchase a gold wristband for $1.00 during lunch on 9/29.
