Dear Sconzo Early College High School Families,
To provide more opportunities for students, our school day hours will be changing next year.
Effective with the 2023-2024 school year, our school day will be:
- Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The schedule change will provide students with additional dual credit options at LSC-Kingwood. Students will be able to enroll in more morning classes under the new schedule.
Additionally, students will be able to receive academic support from 3 to 4 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays. If a student needs academic support but cannot attend in the afternoon, support will be available in the morning by appointment.
Our new schedule will not impact our Friday Service opportunities.
We know the new schedule will bring a change of routine for some families and appreciate your support of the schedule to expand academic opportunities.
