I am thrilled to be in the SWE library! Literature has always been my first love, with organizing a close second, so this is a perfect fit for me.
I am from Amarillo, and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1990. I taught 1st grade for 10 years, then stayed home with my children for 10 years. Since being back in the classroom, I've taught 4th grade, 5th grade, and have been in the Science Lab - all at SWE. This is my 10th year in the library.
My husband, Jeff, and I live in Summerwood and love this community. We have 3 adult children who all attended SWE & graduated from Summer Creek High School! If you frequent Manuel's Restaurant, you have probably seen us there. :)
