Together with WHE PTO and Crime Stoppers, we are excited to host a Parent Education evening on Wednesday, January 15th focused on Gaming Safety. We will start with a brief PTO General meeting at 6pm, followed by the presentation from Crime Stoppers. We hope you can join us!
Did you know? The rise of online gaming in mainstream culture has caused an increased risk of vulnerability and victimization in students. This presentation will teach you about video game basics, the impact of eSports on our culture and safety, how gaming could affect your students, and how to keep your students safe while gaming. We will end this presentation with monitoring tools and techniques to aid you in ensuring safe gameplay in your home!

🌟 What an amazing week it’s been as we kick off the second half of the school year! 🎉 Our students have come back with energy, excitement, and readiness to learn. We’re so proud of their hard work and can’t wait to see all the incredible achievements they’ll accomplish in the months ahead. Let’s make this semester the best one yet! 💪📚✨ #BackToSchool #SecondHalfGoals #ExcitedToLearn
