Enjoyed the @WMSSTEM_23 night out at @HumbleISD_JFE Insperity Observatory despite the chilly weather. Several families attended and we had an opportunity to see Jupiter, Saturn, Venus, and some constellations.
Caught some wonderful ELITE teachers in the hallways that were Mad about Plaid today. Also, lovely Lionettes preparing for their field trip! Love the Spirit!

Humble ISD is teaming up with Humble Area Assistance Ministries (HAAM) to bring holiday cheer to students in need through the Empty Stocking Seasons of Sharing Drive. 🏅🎶 Congratulations to Ethan Abrahams-Nhliziyo on making the TMEA 6A ALL STATE Concert Band! Ethan is now a freshman at SCHS but attended WMS last year. He plays bass for varsity Orchestra in SCHS. He is the only orchestra student in Humble ISD to make All State. We are so proud of Ethan. Once a Lion always a Lion, we are proud of you Ethan.
It was great to see these 8th grade students enjoy their 1st Social this year. What an amazing group of kiddos.
Join us this Saturday from 10 am to noon, for a Veterans community celebration on the AHS football field! Tour a Black Hawk helicopter and meet the crew. Grades 6-12 and all adults invited on the field for fun, combat fitness led by the AHS Marine Corps JROTC and Veteran Navy SEAL Congressman Dan Crenshaw. You won't want to miss student performances including KHS saxophone quartet and AHS Patriettes. Hope to see you there!

Work Out With a Vet, originally scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 2, has been postponed due to the weather forecast of rain/thunderstorms.
