Earlier this spring, the Summer Creek Bulldogs made history by claiming Humble ISD’s first-ever UIL Girls Basketball State Championship. April marks the beginning of testing season, and while feeling a bit nervous before a test is normal, test anxiety can lead to overwhelming worry and self-doubt that affects performance.
