
Humble ISD will be OPEN Wednesday, January 17. Road conditions have improved. Classes will begin at normal time. School buses and activities will operate on the normal schedule.


Humble ISD will be closed Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Icy roads are not expected to improve by Tuesday morning and there will be very cold wind chills. Stay safe and warm!

The boys soccer team returns home today for the Humble ISD Tournament. They play Thursday and Friday at noon, as well as Saturday at 10 a.m.


Students returned to their Advisory classes near the lunch hour to play a holiday BINGO game and visit about their breaks.


Seniors Brandon Waggoner and Lucas Early were celebrated at their meet this week for each earning 100 career victories.


Culinary students have been busy throughout the year with catering various events. The first-year program has seen a lot of success.


The girls soccer team hosts the Humble ISD Girls Showcase today. JV opens play at 11 a.m. and varsity kicks off at 5 p.m. The showcase runs through Saturday.


Winter Break is Here! Wishing all of our families a very happy holiday season! Humble ISD will be closed Dec. 18 through Jan. 1. Staff return Jan. 2 and all classes resume on Jan. 3.


English teacher Kimberly Villegas' students visited classrooms and sang carols during part of 5th period as all students had a break from finals in the middle of the day.


Students in FFA joined with Kingwood High School FFA students to host Santa's Farm at the FFA barns on Dec. 8.


Students enjoyed browsing at the Holiday Market during their lunch hours last week. Organizations ran various booths, and kids bought clothes for $1.


The orchestra held its holiday concert in the Performing Arts Center on Dec. 5.


Congrats to senior Lucas Early who won the Silver Medal at the Stampede Tournament this past weekend. Lucas has a Gold and a Silver at the two top tournaments in Houston so far this season.


As the winter concert season gets underway, the Madrigals held a beautiful concert recently.

Four choir students continue auditions on Thursday at pre-Area competition. The students include Gabriel Hernandez, Karson Rogers, Itati Lainez and Asa O'Farrell.


There was a strong turnout at 8th Grade Night on Monday as clubs, organizations and electives met with prospective 8th graders to talk about the programs they can become involved in during high school.

During Day of Service, a number of freshmen worked with elementary students throughout Humble ISD. Jack Fields Elementary was one of the schools who benefited from the freshman-wide Day of Service.
