Important Information from the RMS Nurse for all Incoming 7th Grade Students: Proof of TDaP and MCV4 immunizations is required before the first day of school. Records (or exemption affidavits) may be submitted to the front office starting July 27.
Students without documentation may be excluded on the first day.

Nurse Announcement for all incoming 7th graders: Students will need stamped or signed copy of immunizations/ proof of TDaP and MCV4 vaccines prior to the first day of school. You may begin dropping off immunization records and exemption affidavits at the front office on July 27th. Students delinquent on immunization documentation will be subject to exclusion on the first day of school.
