Need help with school supplies this year? Humble ISD has collected donations of school supplies over the summer to help students be ready for the first day of school. School supplies will be distributed on a first-come, first served basis while supplies last.
The School Supply Distribution event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, August 7, inside Second Baptist Church, 22770 US-59 in Kingwood.

Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, parents and guardians of students who are eligible for bus transportation must register their child using the Zūm Transportation Registration Tool before the first day of school.

Led by Ms. Escobar, students enjoyed authentic Cuban cuisine together as several students proudly shared dishes from their culture with their peers. A beautiful celebration of community, culture and connection. We will truly miss you Ms. Escobar! ❤️
👑 King’s Club Graduates
Earlier this week, Dr. Woodland honored the first graduating class of the King’s Club. The testimonies shared were powerful, meaningful and a reminder of the impact mentorship and leadership can have on our students.

Our Exceptional Education 8th grade students were also celebrated for their incredible accomplishments over the past three years at SMS. We are so proud of their growth, perseverance and success!
A special shoutout to Mrs. Stalter, Mr. Ike, Mrs. Gee, Ms. Jones, Ms. Saner, Ms. Tellez and Mrs. Rivers for the life-changing work they do each day with our young Bearcats.
